Returns & Refunds

Sealed, unopened products may be returned within 7 days of pickup with your receipt.

For health and safety reasons, opened devices, pods and pouches cannot be returned.

Defective units are exchanged for the same product where manufacturer warranty applies — bring the item to the counter.

For a return or refund, bring your receipt to the counter. Any eligible refund is handled in store according to the payment method used at pickup.
